Ch. Abdur Rahman Memorial Trust is the philanthropic arm of the Bin Abdur Rahman Business Family. The Trust has been registered in 2014, and has been operating ever since. Today the Trust is managing a number of operations and activities for the betterment and welfare of the people living in and around Rahman Enclave. The Mission of Ch. Abdur Rahman Memorial Trust is:
“To uplift the marginalized segments of society, by providing direct intervention, financial support and development opportunities, aligned with the SDGs developed by the United Nations”
The Vision of Ch. Abdur Rahman Memorial Trust is to:
“Develop a mechanism which will enable the local people of Lehtrar, Tarlai and adjoining areas to develop themselves, and contribute to the uplift of the entire region”

Major Abid Rahman (Retd)
For almost a decade, Maj. Abid Rahman (Retd) has been the vision behind the development of the Bin Abdur Rahman group of businesses. It started from the inception of the Rahman Filling station (AOP), in Islamabad, Pakistan. The project was initiated in 2009, and since has been running successfully.
Following up from the success of the Rahman Filling Station (AOP), Mr Abid started a residential gated community project named Rahman Enclave. The project has now become a land-mark of the Capital. Being the CEO of Rahman Enclave Mr Abid has developed Rahman Enclave from infancy, and has played the lead role in every aspect of the project from governmental approvals to ensuring development works are being executed at the international standards. Apart from that, Mr Abid is the CEO of Bin Abdur Rahman (Pvt) Ltd the group holding company which owns Rahman Enclave. The group also owns Fornax Fine Constructions (LLP) which is undertaking various mixed use, highrise commercial and residential projects.

Mr Abid Rahman being a true philanthropist, has dedicated a lion’s share of the profits from Rahman Enclave and Bin Abdur Rahman Group towards community betterment efforts. The fruit of these efforts is the Ch Abdur Rahman Memorial Trust, that has been operating to give direct intervention, support and medical assistance to the most under privileged sections of society. Under the able leadership of Abid Rahman Sb, the Trust is now truly serving the needy and deserving community in and around Rahman Enclave, as well as the adjoining areas of Burma Town, Tarlai and along the Lehtrar Road .

Dr Sajida Rahman
Ch. Abdur Rahman Memorial Trust is actively engaged in a number of philanthropic activities, and is steadfastly working towards the attainment of its state vision and mission. As with any organization, the key is always the people and human resources that work in the setup. The Trust is blessed to be under the able leadership of Dr. Sajida Rahman, a season professional who has experience of working here in Pakistan as well as abroad.
Dr Sajida completed her MBBS and MCPS in Radiology in the early 1990s, and since then has been practicing within her field of medicine as well as working with renowned hospitals. She has extensive experience of managing small and medium business setups, and has been actively involved in a number of NGOs and development works. She is renowned for her philanthropic nature, and her inclusion on the Ch. Abdur Rahman Board of Governors has resulted in the Trust expanding its operations in a short span of time.
Our History and Heritage
The Ch. Abdur Rahman Memorial Trust has been operating since 2014, and from that time the Trust has conducted a number of activities, and undertaken a number of initiatives for the betterment and uplift of our people. First and foremost has been the distribution of Ramazan Rations for all the workers working in the businesses of the entire Bin Abdur Rahman group.
This tradition is an important part of the history and heritage of the entire business group as well as the Trust itself. Every year, during the Holy Month of Ramazan, the trust distributes Ramadan Rations to help the under-privilidged segments of society. This direct intervention and help is extended towards the most deserving workers and deserving families living in the area.
